This Privacy Policy describes in detail about the type of personal information collected online from users of TapRight Chatbot platform and any of the websites or mobile apps using TapRight Chatbot technology (the "Software"), why we receive this information, how and when we may use that information. What information is collected in TapRight Chatbot?

When you use any TapRight Chatbot Software as a Service, we store all the content you provide, such as files, images or any other information that you provide to the services you use. Data collected from the users of the software in the following three ways: user-supplied information, from Web server & the Software logs & analytics and through cookies. The information is primarily to provide users with a personalized internet experience that delivers content, services, and resources that are most helpful to users of the Software. Information that users provide is not shared with others, unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, or when the law requires us to provide it. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Types of Personal Information:

  • Users: publicly available social media profile information (name, date of birth, gender, geographic location), e-mail, IT information (IP addresses, usage data, cookies data, browser data), financial information (credit card details, account details, payment information).

  • Subscribers: publicly available social media profile information, chat history, navigational data (including chatbot usage information), application integration data, and other electronic data sent, stored or received by end users and any additional personal information.

Purchasing Paid subscription:

When you buy a PAID Subscription, we collect information to process your payment. We have the last four digits of your credit card to identify the card used for future transactions. We use a third-party service provider to process your credit card transactions.

Children Under the Age of 13

The Software is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information on the Software. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide any information on the Software or on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

User-generated content:

In the Contact us form, you may be asked to provide some contact information (such as your name, phone number, username, email address, profile image and other information). We may use this personal information to communicate with you in the future. Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary or sensitive or personally identifiable information such as SSN - Social Security Number, driver’s license number, credit card, bank account or other financial information. If you submit any Sensitive Information, it is done at your own risk. We will not be liable to you or responsible for the consequences of your submission of Sensitive Information.
We also invite you to participate with comments on our blog and community page. If you choose to post a comment, your username, city, and any other information will be visible to the public. We are unbounded or not accountable for the privacy & accuracy of any information that you posted on our website, including in our blogs and community.

Data collected for and by our Users:

By using our product or service, you may import the personal information that you have gathered from your Subscribers or other individuals into our system. We do not have direct relationship or contact with your Subscribers or any person or individual other than you. You are only responsible for making sure that you have the appropriate permission for us to collect and process information about those individuals. An individual who wants to correct, update, amend, or delete personal information provided by our users should request to the Chatbot Owner directly.
As part of our services, we may use and incorporate into features information that we have collected from you or your subscribers or provided by you. If you are a Subscriber and no longer want to be contacted by one of our users, please unsubscribe directly from that user’s bot or contact the user instantly to update or delete your data.

Web server & the Software logs & analytics:

When you visit or use the software, the information about your visit and usage may be tracked. We may store that information in web server logs, the Software logs, which are records of the activities on the Software. These log files generally log the visitors of our website with the information internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and in some cases, the number of clicks. TapRight Chatbot uses this information to analyze the trends, track the user’s movement around the website and to gather the demographic data.
The servers and the software automatically capture and save the information electronically. Examples of the information we may collect include:

  • your Facebook Public profile information;
  • your Facebook Pages information;
  • the town/city, county/state and country from which you access the Software;
